Did you know that being grateful is very good for your health?  If you have not done so, I encourage you to begin a gratitude journal, or a blessings, journal and record three things or people for whom you are thankful.

Here is my gratitude list for this week:

My friend Beth is such an encouragement to me.  In spite of her busy schedule, she is always learning by reading and improving her mind.

I am grateful for healthy food to eat.  It’s a blessing to be able to take proper care of my body.

I am thankful for two friends with whom I can take consistent walks.  Instead of sitting, we walk and talk.  When the weather is pleasant, we walk outside for bonuses of fresh air and vitamin D.

I am thankful for you for reading my blog!  It’s a pleasure to write and receive feedback for my content.
