Did you know that being thankful is beneficial for your health?

Here are three things for which I am grateful this week:

  1. It was a joy to take a walk with a friend.  Even though she has much going on in her life, she still takes time for me.
  2. My parents arrived safely home, in spite of airplane trouble and delayed flights. 
  3. We have had several beautiful snowfalls this week.  It looks like glitter on the ground!
